- Vehicle deposited at Authorized RVSF – Same day upon Pickup
- Certificate of Deposit (CoD) issued – Usually same day when Vehicle is sold to RVSF, In some cases it may take 1–3 working days in case of problems on the Parivahan Portal.
- RC cancellation by Transport Authority – Subject to the processing timeline of the concerned Regional Transport Office (RTO)
